In past years kick-off events included a Blessing of the Bikes and talks from members of the cycling community. Hosted by the presenter of the event, International Cars, at their dealership Honda North, 382 Newbury Street, Danvers, MA Just off exit 50, Interstate 95.

In 2006 BRUCE WARNER long time supporter of Emmaus and the Cycle for Shelter, spoke about his experiences as a professional cyclist trainer including the USA Olympic Cycle Team, he worked with Lance Armstrong amongst others.

This is a calendar ride for the North Shore Cyclists Club.
